    Back to hosting....Its a SASSY SATURDAY!!!.....indeed, its time to relieve ur stress for at least a day or maybe half a day....if nt Woodbridge will have to employ more nurses to take care of u ppl....

    Ways to relieve stress......i wont be selffish...i will share with u some tips...LOLS!!!

    1...take a good meal 2dae because u have been working so hard on the past 5 days
    2...watch a dvd for a break and have a cup of drink and some snacks
    3...sms your friend to chit chat awhile, maybe a hr or 2
    4....get out of ur hse and take a 3 hr shopping
    5....take a nice nap after the things u does

    Alrighty....that the simple and useful tips on relieving ur stress if u having to face it for the past 5 days....
